Spring water comes from an underground source, and it goes to the surface, where we can drink it. When we want to get spring water, we normally get it from the source. Surely, we all know how it feels to taste cold and fresh water straight from nature. Well, now, you can do that and enjoy the source of spring water from the bottle, and take it with you anywhere you go. When you drink bottled spring water, you should know that it has also passed certain filters that don’t change it. They just remove harmful or unwanted particles. The final product is tasty water full of natural minerals.

Water has no taste as we all know. However, you can taste if the water has a milder or harsher taste, which is dependent on the amount of vitamins and minerals in it. This just means you should adapt it to your needs and likings. When buying, check for the labels, which should specifically say if it is mineral water or if it comes from a specific spring. If it only says that it is purified water, in most cases, it is just purified tap water. Any water with minerals can help your digestive health and can help keep your blood pressure in check. You should keep an eye out for fluorides, nitrates and chlorine, which are not good even if they exist in traces. 

As you can tell, mineral and spring water differ in the purification process. Spring water does not have any added minerals, while mineral water does. Both are a perfectly good way for you to fulfill your daily intake, you just have to try and see which one suits you best.
